THE COURT CASE (COMMERCIAL DIVISION):
Suit No:D7-22-805-07 between SecCom and 7 defendants.
The case on the 24 Sept 2007 at the High Court of Malaya was only a 2nd hearing. Only the prosecuting and defending lawyers were present. None of the 7 defendants were present.
There where No enough Evidence on Swisscash because there is not even a single complaint against swisscash even from a single investor. Because they where Prompt Paying the investors since April 2005.
No decision has been made except the case is scheduled to continue on 8th Oct 2007 or 23 rd october.
So this is a good news for swisscash investors because the case is postponed for lack of evidence. So swisscash will Return back and continue with the new Plans .
More details on the Commercial Court Case tomorrow (Monday, 24th Sept 2007):
This morning, I was on my way to Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur and managed to locate the
Kompleks Mahkamah, Jalan Duta, Kuala Lumpur where the case is to be held tomorrow.
Kompleks Mahkamah Kuala Lumpur (in Malay) is the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex.
After checking with my lawyer friend, I hereby give more details as follows:-
How to go there:
Once you reach the Segambut roundabout from KL via Jalan Kuching, turn left and keep left until you reach the 1st traffic light. You can see signboards to the Kompleks Mahkamah. At the 1st traffic light, turn right and go straight until you reach 2nd traffic light and continue to go straight and not far away, turn right to the Kompleks Mahkamah which has a big dome-shaped structure at its top. At the 2nd traffic light, you can see a mosque on the left and the Kompleks Mahkamah on the right.
Time to go:
It is better to reach there by 8.00 am in order to find a parking place otherwise you need to park further outside and walk a distance to the Kompleks. Parking is free. There is a canteen there open in the morning. Proper dressing & shoes. Bring along a pen & notebook to jot down notes on the hearing if possible. Remember to switch off your handphone. Respect the law and do not make sensitive comments before, during and after the court hearing.
Where to locate the commercial court room of the Kompleks Mahkamah:
I have checked with my lawyer friend. The case is under the High Court (Mahkamah Tinggi). There are many court rooms there. The coming case (Mon) is the 2nd hearing. The commercial court room of the case is D7 (Dagang 7) where the case notice is normally pasted at the room door. Otherwise, just ask for help. Please be in the room before 9.00 am.
When the judge walk into the court room, the official there will annouce:
Everybody should stand and give a slight bow facing the judge. When the judge is already in the room and you want to enter, please bow facing him upon entering (whether the judge is looking at you or not) and be seated. You need also to bow when you leave your seat to go toilet or go home. All these are to show your respect to what is going on in the room. Try to take the front seating for the general public so that you can hear the court proceedings (in Malay language) more clearly. Remember to write down important notes so that you can share with us in this forum. Thanks.

I'm so sure that Swisscash was in malaysia..
Swisscash.biz had used a mail server located in Malaysia with the following IP address 202.189.46.230. That server hosted several websites - one of which was emobile2u.net. This website was associated to a now defunct get rich scheme at empireddreams.com
They claimed that they are not registered in Malaysia , therefore are not a Malaysian company. Strangely enough most of their investors come from countries in South East Asia, namely Malaysia , Singapore and Indonesia.
