SWISSCASH PHASE4 STORY… WITH SUNTRADERS!

"Subsequent to my earlier articles on Swisscash, after the Malaysian Securities Commission through its press release assured the investors that the monies are safe in their hands, a number of questions have cropped up in the minds of Swisscash investors.

The Swisscash investors, not all but many have assured themselves that their monies are safe with Malaysian Securities Commission. Is it true?

But, whose monies? Were the monies only of Malaysian investors or of entire global Swisscash investors? Officially nothing is known till date. The fact is that the Securities Commission of Malaysia has frozen the sites and bank accounts. Again a Big Question Mark…Whose bank accounts… of Amir Hassan, Mr Lee etc. ..Or of the original Swisscash and Swiss Mutual Fund accounts?

It is learnt that the Mareva injunction is normally in force for a maximum period of 90 days. And November 15,2007 happens to be the expiry date of that 90 days period. Then, the Securities Commission of Malaysia should obtain an extension from high court to continue the Mareva injunction till the case is finalized, if there is any such provision.

Meanwhile, the so-called ‘partners’ and the 'ex' CFO of Swisscash announced the return of Swisscash in phases. Suddenly Phase 3 came out with 'message' by the so discreet partner (with 3 different entities to confuse the already confused investors) asking the investors to submit their data in prescribed form.

The timing mentioned in that message for submission of ‘The Qualification Questionnaire' indicates the hurry nature of the so-called 'partner' (Sun Traders? alias Sun Mutual Fund? alias Sun Financial Systems?) to obtain investor information with Investor IDs, Scanned Copies of NIC etc with password info.

Now, Sun traders claims that “it is upgraded to the new Status level (Phase4) and start reviewing the sent information”. It says further, “the new account details (ID and Password) will be sent to subscribers’ emails from 16th to 30th November.”

Many people who have filled in that data in the “Qualification Questionnaire” have not noticed the cryptic wording in the message, kept in the same site after the deadline, “ reviewing the sent information” and will send the new Ids and Passwords “ actually (to) those who are ‘true old investors’ and ‘being qualified by our management team’ ”. What does it says...?

Sun Traders … is it not welcoming the ‘new’ and real investors who have invested in the last one-year or in recent times before the websites have disappeared? What are the qualification criteria for selecting the investors to obtain their new Ids and Passwords? What for those new Ids and Passwords? To look into ones own account to find out the valueless epoints? Not clear….

Another important point to be noticed is that the Phase 1 already announced that the web sites would be opened in North America and other parts of the globe on different dates. Were the websites of swisscash or sip25 or smf opened on the given dates?

As I told you earlier, it is only an eyewash affair on the part of www.Swisscashguide.com.
No body knows who are the people behind Swisscashguide...What they actually want?
Without that the story is incomplete. It is yet to be investigated."

What about you, do you have any idea about what happens to our Swisscash...?

I can tell you that it's normal to say that Suntraders.com is fake, or the swisscashguide.com is fake..? but until now, we can't find our Swisscash, and I think Suntraders.com is the only one hope for us. beside that we got nothing.

So .. the choice is of to you, if you still hope that Swisscash will be back, you can choose to trust the Suntraders.com but if not you can try by now to forget the Swisscash and your lost money.

Try to move on by now and don't ever trust HYIP at the internet. :)
